Extremely professional. I had a leak in my roof that seemed to be coming from one of my chimneys. They identified it quickly and gave me details on what would be done to fix it. They were extremely quick, as soon as the necessary permissions were granted by my village they got to work and within two business days both my house and garage roof were done with a color shingle of my choice. I can't say enough about Joe and his staff at Durable Roofing. About 5 years ago I lost some shingles in a rain storm and I was worried about water getting under the shingles. I contacted my insurance company and they paid just enough to replace the amount of shingles that were lost. Durable not only replaced those, they replaced several others that were damaged by the storm that I couldn't see from the ground and they worked with the amount the insurance company paid. That blew me away. Never have I seen a company look out for my and my families behalf like Durable Roofing did. Last year I finally had to replace the roof. My insurance company requires I get two estimates, and they also send out a company that they recommend. The first company I called was Joe at Durable Roofing. After all the estimates were in, Durable was the most completive, and the only company to follow up during the process. They did a beautiful job. I have three dogs and I was worried there might be very small pieces of old shingles or old roofing nails in my grass that you can't see, worried my dogs might step on or swallow if they found any. I spent about an hour after they left to find anything left behind and throw away, but I didn't find one nail or old piece of shingle. They went out of their way to in disposing the old materials. I am grateful for their attention to detail everyday they were here. If anyone is in need of a new roof or repair, call Durable Roofing. Ask for Joe. They are the best.

I knew I was in good hands as soon as I talked to Durable. Had a leak that wasn't that bad but was worried it would just get worse. Had no idea how old it was since I bought 3years ago but the guy was able to show me what a good roof looks like compared to mine. It was a no hassle to get a price and it was less expensive then I thought, a friend of mine paid twice as much. Felt super comfortable with moving forward and they had it all done in a day. Fantastic work! Salesman gave great recommendations for colors to match, explained the differences in tiles. When the work was complete the grounds were spotless. Great job from the time I called till the time when work was finished.

I had Durable Roofing come out for two different houses. Figured I would write a review since now I’m reaching my 3rd year with the second roof.My first house had a few issues. The roof was leaking in the garage and had no gutters while the house was starting to have shingles fall off. Durable came out and had the old roof off and the new one on the same day. They also replaced all the rotten plywood in the garage. Due to rain, they had to come back the next day and finished the gutters. Overall, job was well done. I lived there for 5 more years before I moved. Had no issues with the new roof.Second house. I bought the house not realizing the previous owner was a big do-it-yourselfer. I found this information almost a year later. He also did the roof himself. So, one bad rain storm later I had shingles all over my yard. I called Durable and asked them to just replace the roof on the house, garage, a gazebo in the back, and since I was going all new I added sky lights. Like my first house we fought some bad weather and the total job ended up taking 3 days. This house also needed plywood replaced. They were very professional and cleaned up very well.The only complaint I had was when the sky lights were installed they did not have a carpenter on staff. However, they did have a carpenter to recommended to finish the interior. The guy they recommended came out next day. They were also very professional and finished the interior with in 2 days.Overall I have had no issues with any of the work performed on both houses. They were very professional. They performed the job in a timely manner considering the weather. Both, sales and the workers replacing the roof were very polite to work with and the work area around the house was very clean once the job was complete. I would recommend them again if someone were to ask.

I would recommend Durable Roofing to anyone, and I have. They are professional, responsive and pick up after completing the job. Durable Roofing replaced the roofs on a previous Frankfort house and current Dowers Grove home.
