As the president of Durable, I know what it takes to get the job done. Even with 38 years of roofing practice, and 36 for my partner Rich, we continually strive to improve Durable’s already widespread experience by keeping up with current trends and gaining more education on Green & Solar Integrated Roofing technology. With local and national experience in all aspects of Roofing, I have the knowledge and practice to be qualified to specify and install all types of Roofing, Solar Integrated Roofing, Roof Related Sheet Metal, Decking, Insulation, Carpentry, and Masonry Work items. Our Company actively participates in Local Chambers of Commerce in Illinois and many Roofing Organizations.
We specialize in commercial/ industrial roofing, residential roofing, and architectural sheet metal work, repairs, maintenance, and consultation. Joseph P. Joe has the knowledge and practice to be qualified to specify and install all types of Roofing, Solar Integrated Roofing, Roof Related Sheet Metal, Decking, Insulation, Carpentry, and Masonry Work items. Richard “Cy” Cywinski, Vice President & CFO, Cy started Commercial and Industrial roofing in 1976 with a prominent Chicago Land Roofing Company, after a few years on the job he was promoted to Forman. With his vast knowledge of local building codes and roofing specifications for all types of roofing, he continued to enhance his career by also becoming a Roof Inspector. He quickly become a well known leader in his field and worked with many of the most prestigious companies. After attaining much success he decided to partner with Joe Richards in 1986 at Durable Roofing. |
